TekStaff's Client has a current vacancy for an Auditor Pay Rate Range: $66-82 Job Description This is a 3.5 month contract located in Toronto, ON/ Hybrid (3 days/ week) Candidate Requirements / Must Have Skills 1. 8+ years of experience in Retail Banking, Audit, Regulatory bodies, or related functions, with deep knowledge of lending and deposit products. 2. 7+ years of experience with regulatory obligations (FCAC, Bank Act) and financial controls (SOX). 3. 5+ years of experience with AML Testing knowledge 4. Proficiency in data analytics or visualization tools (Alteryx, PowerBI, Python). 5. Strong audit process and methodology knowledge. Nice to Have Skills 2. Experience in First Line testing, QAR, Compliance, or similar functions. 3. Experience presenting to large stakeholder groups. Soft Skills Required Robust critical thinking and problem solving ability.



High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage ambiguity. Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills. Curiosity mindset and proactive approach. Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high pressure environment. Education & Certificates University or post secondary degree in business, finance, economics, accounting, or related field. Professional designations (CPA, CIA, etc.) considered an asset.
