Job Responsibilities

- Supervise, coordinate, and support the daily activities of room attendants, housekeeping and laundry staff.
- Assign duties and work schedules to room attendants, laundry attendants, and public area cleaners.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and compliance with hotel standards.
- Monitor housekeeping supplies and linens, and assist with inventory control and ordering.
- Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
- Ensure proper use, storage, and inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and housekeeping-related concerns.
- Collaborate with the Front Desk and Maintenance departments to ensure rooms are guest‑ready and maintenance issues are reported and resolved.
- Handle lost‑and‑found items in accordance with hotel policy.
- Assist with attendance tracking, and productivity monitoring.
- Maintain accurate records, inspection reports, and departmental documentation.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Support management in achieving departmental goals, guest satisfaction targets, and quality assurance standards.

Qualification & Requirements

- Completion of secondary school is required
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related role is required
- Supervisory experience in a hospitality setting is an asset




- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with staff and guests
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
