Special Needs School Bus DriverMake a Difference Every DayEvery day, you'll do more than drive a bus, you'll help students with disabilities arrive safely, confidently, and ready to learn, while building real relationships with the students and families you serve.At 4Seasons Transportation, you'll join a team recognized as one of Canada's Most Admired Corporate Cultures (2024), a workplace built on safety, compassion, and genuine support for our drivers, not just our students.What You'll Do:Safely transport students with disabilities to and from schoolBuild positive, professional relationships with students, families, and school staffCreate a calm, safe, and supportive environment on your busAssist students with boarding, seating, and securing mobility devices as neededComplete daily vehicle pre-trip inspectionsFollow established routes and schedules using GPS and communication technologyMaintain the cleanliness and operational readiness of your assigned vehicle, including washing, fueling, and delivering it for scheduled maintenanceWhat We Provide:Paid Class 4 licence training, start with your Class 5 and we'll train and support you every step of the way to obtain your Class 4 with S endorsementFirst Aid/CPR certification training provided, already certified?
