Aroma Indian Restaurant is a family-owned restaurant serving authentic and delicious Indian cuisine. Our mission is to provide an exceptional dining experience with warm hospitality, great food, and an inviting atmosphere for all our customers.

Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily restaurant operations.
- Manage staff scheduling, hiring, training, and performance.
- Ensure food safety standards and health regulations are followed.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain inventory and coordinate purchasing of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Monitor and ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
- Assist in budgeting, payroll, and managing costs.




- Assist in promoting the restaurant and implementing local marketing initiatives to increase business.

Qualifications

- 2-3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, is required.
- Completion of a post-secondary diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a quick-paced environment and multi-task effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
