In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving data, enhancing reporting capabilities, and supporting staff in effective data entry and management practices.



You will collaborate closely with the Salesforce administration team to ensure our CRM workplace meets organizational needs and supports strategic fundraising goals.Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:Ensure the accuracy of data related to fundraising events, raffles, and donor interactions in Salesforce and DonorDrive.Review and merge duplicate contacts and records to maintain data cleanliness and accuracy.Monitor donor and fundraising data in Salesforce, identifying errors or discrepancies, elevating broken functionality and working with the Saleforce admin team to identify, test, and correct system gaps/failures and following up with staff for corrections, improved processes, and training.Make recommendations for / assisting with implementation of processes to improve user experience, data quality, and efficiency.Work with the Stewardship, Fundraising and MarCom teams in uploading events and
