As a key member of the Fundraising and Donor Retention team, you will help maintain CCBR's national donor base, crucial for funding operations. Your focus will be on engaging with existing donors and fostering new connections through consistent updates and sharing the organization’s impactful mission.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain relationships with CCBR donors through regular communication
• Share CCBR’s strategy with new donor contacts
• Track and record donor history for better engagement




• Assist in coaching onboarding staff in fundraising techniques
• Contribute to donor retention strategies through relationship management
Requirements:
