OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights, supporting business decision-making, and enhancing operational efficiency. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge analytics tools and methodologies in a collaborative setting. The position requires strong technical expertise, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills to interpret data effectively and present findings clearly.DutiesDevelop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, and other visualization tools to communicate key insights.Conduct comprehensive data analysis utilizing SQL, R, Python, and VBA to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams following Agile methodologies to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.Manage projects related to data collection, storage, and analysis within the SDLC framework, ensuring quality and timeliness.Design and optimize databases using Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle,
and database design principles to support analytical needs.Perform business analysis to understand stakeholder requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Utilize Visio for process modeling and documentation of workflows.Write Bash scripts in Unix shell environments for automation of data processing tasks.Support project management activities by tracking progress and ensuring adherence to project timelines.Maintain data integrity by implementing best practices in database management and analysis.ExperienceProven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role with a strong portfolio of completed projects.Proficiency in SQL (Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle) for querying large datasets efficiently.Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.Strong programming skills in R, Python, VBA, and Bash scripting for data manipulation and automation tasks.Familiarity with SDLC processes and Agile project management methodologies.Knowledge of database design principles and experience working with relational databases.Ability to perform complex business analysis and translate requirements into technical solutions.Experience working with analytics tools within an enterprise environment is preferred.
