We’re excited to share an opportunity for an existing vacancy as a Quality Manager.This role plays a key part in ensuring products, processes, and systems consistently meet internal, regulatory, and customer expectations. The successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening quality systems, reducing defects, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence across operations.Daily responsibilities may include but are not limited to:Leading and maintaining the site’s Quality Management System to ensure ongoing compliance and effectivenessEnsuring quality procedures, standards, and work instructions are current, understood, and consistently followedMonitoring quality performance metrics and identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunitiesInvestigating nonconformances and customer issues using structured root-cause analysis methodologiesDriving corrective and preventive actions to reduce defects, rework, and wastePartnering with cross-functional teams to improve process capability and product qualityDeveloping, training, and coaching quality team members to build technical capability and engagementSupporting internal and external audits and ensuring timely closure of findingsLeading or contributing to continuous improvement initiatives tied to quality and operational performanceMandatory Requirements:Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in a quality-focused role within a manufacturing or operations environmentStrong working knowledge of quality systems, process controls, and continuous improvement methodologiesDemonstrated experience leading teams, projects, or initiatives with measurable outcomesProven ability to analyze data, identify root causes,
and implement sustainable solutionsStrong communication skills with the ability to translate technical information into business impactHigh level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detailPreferred Requirements:Experience working with quality standards, audits, and regulatory or customer compliance requirementsFamiliarity with quality tools such as control plans, risk analysis, inspection methods, and corrective action systemsExperience using ERP or QMS platforms to manage documentation, reporting, and performance trackingBackground in driving cost reduction, defect reduction, or customer satisfaction improvementsStrong collaboration skills across production, engineering, supply chain, and leadership teamsSalary Range: $90,000 - $95,000 + bonusIf you are interested in learning more about the Quality Manager job chance please submit your updated resume to
