We are recruiting a Director, Marketing & Donor Experience on behalf of Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre Foundation (RVH Foundation).The Director, Marketing & Donor Experience leads the Foundation's voice, storytelling, donor connection, and community presence, ensuring every campaign, event, and communication reflects the real-life impact of RVH and inspires people to give, stay engaged, and advocate. The Director will report directly to the CEO and lead a team of marketing (digital, content, donor experience, and events) staff.The ideal candidate brings expert-level experience in direct marketing, online fundraising, and digital and social media, combining hands-on execution with strategic insight to engage audiences, strengthen donor relationships, and align brand, community engagement, and donor strategy to deliver meaningful, measurable results.LOCATION AND OFFICE HOURSThe office is in Barrie, Ontario.
