Related experience required. Will consider equivalent combination of education and experienceDemonstrate experience with facilitation and leadership in implementation of recreational programsDemonstrated Commitment to Community Living and experience in Person Centered PlanningExperience & flexibility in different areas across the AssociationCommitment in involving people to become more involved in their communitiesKnowledge and experience in supporting individuals with Autism / Dual Diagnosis / Mental Health Disorders / Complex needsDemonstrated effective verbal communication skillsDemonstrated experience through Core CompetenciesSuccessful completion of SMG training with demonstrated knowledge of SMG principles and how they are used to provide treatmentDemonstrated knowledge of behaviour management principles and how they relate to the 4 stages of treatment. And has the ability to teach about the implementation of behavior support plansDemonstrated experience to facilitate programs and lead groups and the ability to mentor othersDemonstrate general working knowledge of each location and is prepared to support each location on a rotating scheduleFlexibility to provide support and mentoring in other locations based on rotating scheduleProvide facilitation of Hub schedule and activitiesParticipate in COVID safe rotation schedule as assigned in inclusive reportsThis requires the successful candidate to have a valid Ontario Driver's License.
