This role is suited to someone who takes ownership of their pricing, understands risk, and is motivated by performance-based rewards.ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate estimates for drywall, steel stud framing, insulation, vapour barrier, and related interior systemsReview drawings, specifications, addenda, and tender documents for ICI and residential projectsPerform detailed quantity takeoffs using PlanSwift and BluebeamDevelop labor and material pricing aligned with project conditions and current market trendsLeverage industry relationships with General Contractors, Developers, and suppliers to support competitive bids and secure opportunitiesPrepare and submit complete, compliant bid packagesCollaborate with project managers during pre-construction and project handoffIdentify scope gaps, risks,
