Kids Kottage Foundation is seeking a Shift Lead (Childcare) to provide on-floor leadership, plan developmentally appropriate activities, and support daily program operations. The role requires guiding staff, ensuring secure, inclusive environments, and participating in on-call rotation for after-hours guidance.

The position offers 40 hours/week on a rotating schedule, with one weekend shift and evening or day shifts.
