Position Overview:

We’re looking for a skilled and high-energy Reformer Instructor to lead small group classes (10) for all levels of experience. As a key member of our fitness team, you will create engaging, challenging, and effective workouts while fostering a welcoming and inspiring environment for our clients.

Leading the Classical Pilates Method is an asset, and we encourage creativity in blending contemporary approaches for a balanced and effective class.

We are currently looking to staff weekends & early mornings - A flexible schedule is an asset

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Reformer Pilates classes for up to 10 participants, accommodating various fitness levels
- Develop and deliver dynamic class routines that are both safe and effective, incorporating both classical and contemporary techniques
- Provide modifications for individuals with different needs or levels of fitness




- Cultivate a high-energy, positive atmosphere that encourages motivation, connection, and inspiration
- Foster a sense of community in class and with clients before and after sessions
- Stay informed about industry trends and continuously seek opportunities to improve and innovate your classes
- Assist with growing the Reformer class offerings and the potential to build a private client base

Qualifications:

- Nationally recognized Reformer Pilates Certification
- Experience teaching Group Reformer classes
- Experience with the Classical Pilates Method
- High energy, positive attitude, and the ability to inspire and connect with clients
- Ability to teach, assist, and motivate participants of all levels
- CPR certification
