YVR is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to join the Office Systems Department. In this full-time, permanent role, you will provide essential first-level support to both internal employees and external clients. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues and enhancing overall customer experience with efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for technical inquiries
• Document all service requests using the IT service management tool
• Compile detailed monthly reports on IT operations




• Manage employee onboarding and equipment lifecycle tasks
• Conduct routine maintenance on IT services and equipment
Requirements:
• Two years of IT service experience and a GED/diploma
• Familiarity with ticketing systems in a Help Desk setting
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of ITSM and ITIL best practices
• Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License
