As part of our team, you will contribute to driving innovation and reducing environmental impact in the energy sector.OverviewGeosource Energy Inc. is seeking a full-time Senior Manager, Equipment & Maintenance, to oversee our equipment and maintenance operations. This is an in office role, based in Caledonia, ON, to ensure that the company fleet and related equipment operate safely, efficiently, and at peak performance to support field operations. The Senior Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for equipment management, maintenance practices, continuous improvement initiatives, and support for research and development (R&D).Key Responsibilities- Provide direction and coaching to the direct team, building accountability and supporting cross‑training, safety performance, productivity, and development.- Lead initiatives across all fleet equipment, ensuring projects are documented, tracked, economically justified, and deliver measurable operational benefits.- Take an active role in confirming specifications for new equipment purchases and internally built equipment, ensuring suitability for production, safety, and long‑term maintainability.- Ensure all fleet‑related documentation is developed, maintained, and accessible, including equipment drawings, work instructions, customization records,



and procurement lists required to bring new equipment to production‑ready status.- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements related to fleet vehicles and equipment, including inspections, licensing, insurance, permitting, and safety standards.- Lead the investigation and documentation of equipment failures, near misses, and field performance issues, using data and metrics to drive improvements.- Monitor equipment and maintenance performance, providing recommendations for repair, refurbishment, or replacement to optimize reliability and cost effectiveness.- Oversee fabrication activities, ensuring all internally fabricated or modified equipment meets internal quality standards and documentation requirements.- Own, monitor, and oversee departmental KPIs, providing ongoing analysis and performance reporting to drive accountability, inform decision‑making, and support continuous improvement.- Lead and support Research & Development activities and maintain accountability for SR&ED documentation and submissions.- Provide leadership, mentorship, and oversight to equipment, maintenance, and continuous improvement team members, supporting cross‑training, productivity, safety, and employee development.QualificationsProven leadership skills with at least 4 years in a management role,



such as Fleet Supervisor, Maintenance Manager, or similarDemonstrated experience leading equipment and maintenance operations, with accountability for performance, reliability, and continuous improvement.Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to establish, own, and monitor performance metrics to assess departmental effectiveness and drive improvement.Effective relationship‑building skills, representing the company with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to support operational, commercial, and strategic objectives.Expertise in equipment documentation systems, including work instructions, service reports, manuals, drawings, and equipment records.Strong ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams to align priorities and deliver results.Experience supporting research and development (R&D) initiatives, including equipment trials, modifications, or process improvements.Degree or diploma in Engineering, with Mechanical Engineering preferred.Pay: $98,000 to $112,000 annuallyJob Types: Full-time, Permanent; Senior Level; 100%In-personBenefits include extended health care, vision care, dental, RRSP match, and moreLocation: Caledonia, ONIf you're a proven leader with deep experience in equipment reliability, maintenance strategy, and continuous improvement, this is an opportunity to take ownership of a critical function supporting field operations.
