Position: Paralegal - Real EstateLocation: Downtown Montréal (Hybrid)Salary: Up to $100,000 per year (depending on experience)Our client, a growing real estate investment and management company based in Downtown Montréal, is looking for an experienced Paralegal to join their team.In this role, you'll be directly involved in real estate transactions, acquisitions, and contract management, while supporting business operations from a legal perspective.This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented and independent professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, structured, and team-oriented environment.Main Responsibilities:- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial leases, purchase agreements, and related real estate documents.- Manage property acquisitions and sales,
