In this role, you will support the design and development of highway infrastructure projects, working collaboratively with senior engineers and project teams to deliver secure, efficient, and compliant transportation solutions. You will contribute to all phases of highway design, from preliminary planning through final construction documentation, while developing your expertise in transportation engineering and design standards.Assist in the preparation of highway design plans, profiles, and cross-sections using industry-standard software and design principlesConduct geometric design analysis to ensure compliance with Canadian highway standards and safety regulationsPrepare design calculations, technical reports, and construction documentation under the guidance of senior engineersCoordinate with multidisciplinary teams including drainage, geotechnical, foundations,environmental specialists, and project managersReview design specifications and ensure adherence to project requirements and regulatory standardsParticipate in site visits and field investigations to gather data and assess existing conditionsMaintain organized project files and documentation in accordance with company standardsIdentify and analyze design challenges,
