Join our dynamic team as a 3PL Customer Service Manager, where you’ll lead the 3PL customer service department and serve as a key link between our clients, customer service team, and warehouse operations. In this fast-paced, energetic role, you’ll oversee day-to-day client support, handle escalated matters, manage relationships with key clients, and lead a team focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience.

At Stallion, we move quickly and value leaders who are confident in high-volume environments, understand inventory management and 3PL fulfillment, and know how to guide both customers and team members through complex or time-sensitive situations. You’ll be trusted to take ownership when issues require escalation, ensure our top clients receive a high level of service, and coach your team to communicate clearly, confidently, and consistently.

If you’re a hands-on leader who is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and enjoys being the bridge between customers and operations. You will be working alongside our Director of 3PL Operations. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing customer service function while making a direct impact on our clients, team, and overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex or high-priority client matters related to orders, inventory, shipments, and fulfillment.
- Investigate and resolve escalated 3PL issues, including inventory discrepancies, fulfillment errors, system issues, and shipping delays.
- Partner closely with warehouse and operations teams to resolve client issues and provide accurate, timely updates.
- Monitor orders, inventory, and client activity through WMS platforms, spreadsheets, dashboards, and other internal systems.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, particularly during time-sensitive or high-pressure situations.
- Track recurring issues and trends, identifying opportunities to improve processes and the overall client experience.
- Adapt quickly in a fast-paced 3PL environment where client needs and operational priorities can shift.
- Support the onboarding of new 3PL clients and become a subject matter expert in our WMS to help ensure a smooth transition into fulfillment operations.
- Lead and support a team of 3 to 4 Customer Service Representatives, managing performance, priorities, and service standards.
- Coach and develop the CSR team,

providing ongoing guidance and hands-on support with complex client and operational matters.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum of four (4) years of customer service experience, preferably within fulfillment, retail (with a focus on inventory management), or eCommerce.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a strong asset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and empathetic approach to client service.
- Ability to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure, particularly when resolving client issues.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot, think critically, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to track inquiries, orders, and client needs efficiently.
- Quick to learn and adapt to new platforms, systems, and tools in a quick-moving operational environment.
