Role Description - What You Get to Do The Experience Advisors (“XA”) looking for a client-facing Account Coordinator to support us with the planning, delivery, and on-going management of client projects and relationships.
The position encompasses administrative, project tracking, and client account coordination duties.
The successful candidate must have experience in a fast paced, dynamic workplace where a high degree of professionalism, strong communication skills, confidentiality, and flexibility are required. The individual is a proactive performer that demonstrates excellent initiative and judgment on a regular basis. The ability to deal with ambiguity and handle changing and competing priorities is a must.
As an Account Coordinator, you are primarily responsible for client relations, client projects as well as provide internal support for training and consulting engagements. you will play a critical role in driving success and reaching objectives in a boutique training and consulting firm.
Based on your skill sets and abilities, we will help put you in roles you will succeed in while providing professional growth experiences.
Specifically, some of your key activities include, but of course not limited to:
- Be the trusted coordinator and advocate for a portfolio of clients
- Design and manage end-to-end project plans
- Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure successful execution of projects
- Support senior internal stakeholders with project proposals, RFPs, and account planning
- Resolve client inquiries by aligning them with the right resources
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, client stakeholders, and executive sponsors
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
- Plan, organize and enable CSPN to be positioned as a respected and trusted source for everything “Customer Service”
- Have excellent typing and organizational skills, exhibiting meticulous attention to detail and produce high-quality work product.
- Have a keen ability to learn and assimilate new information into ongoing projects and prioritize tasks according to business outcomes
- Schedule, follow up and communicate with clients and internally to ensure smooth execution of all meetings, events and workshops.
- Maintain solid working knowledge of all company services and programs
- Provide support for all online digital marketing (work with internal communications and design teams)
- Coordination of meetings & teleconference setup; take meeting minutes as required
About You
You are a dynamic individual who is quick on your feet, is detailed oriented and can handle a wide variety of tasks on a daily basis. With a flexible mindset and strong attention to detail, you always put the customer first and are technically savvy with a solid understanding of project management fundamentals and client relationship management. You are highly organized and resourceful with a “get things done” attitude and are quick to learn.
Your enthusiasm, follow-through and go with the flow attitude will ensure success in your role.
Educational Background:
- Completed a College Diploma, Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, or Administration
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)®

Work experience:
- Minimum of 1+ years related work experience through co-op or part-time roles
Additional requirements:
- Previous office / volunteer experience is an asset
- Strong customer service focus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organized with excellent time management skills
