Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role with flexibility to work remotely. As an Account Coordinator, you’ll play an important role in the day-to-day management of client accounts across social media. You’ll work closely with clients and our creative team to keep projects moving, bring ideas to life, and make sure everything going out the door is thoughtful, on-brand, and aligned with the overall strategy.

The role is a mix of account management, content planning, production, and strategy. You’ll manage content calendars, support and lead content production, monitor performance, and use insights to help strengthen our clients’ social presence.

Responsibilities

- Have a strong understanding of each social platform and how to approach different client industries and audiences
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, managing timelines, and keeping communication clear and proactive
- Stay on top of social trends, platform updates,



and new opportunities that could benefit our clients
- Develop, schedule, and manage monthly content calendars across platforms
- Work closely with our designers, photographers, and creative team to bring content concepts to life
- Help coordinate and support content production shoots, from planning through to final assets
- Monitor and analyze social performance, identifying what’s working and where there are opportunities to improve
- Bring ideas and insights to client strategy, content planning, and creative brainstorms
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure projects stay organized, on track, and up to our standards

Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in social media or digital marketing, ideally within an agency environment
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
- Experience managing multiple client accounts and content calendars at once
- Robust communication and client management skills
- Experience working with creative teams and supporting content production
- Comfortable reviewing social performance and turning data into actionable insights
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced workplace
- A strong eye for content, trends, and what works on social
