We’re looking for an Account Coordinator who gets the creator economy.
You’ll work directly alongside our Talent Agents and creators to help bring digital campaigns to life from brief to post. You’re organized, quick, proactive, great with people, and understand the million little details that go into making creator partnerships feel seamless.
This role requires a minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience working directly with creators and executing digital/influencer campaigns.***
What You’ll Do
- Support Talent Agents with creator partnerships, calendars, deliverables, approvals, and day-to-day communication
- Work directly with creators to execute brand campaigns from brief through posting
- Track campaign timelines, deliverables, content approvals, usage, and outstanding action items
- Communicate with brands, agencies, creators, and internal teams to keep campaigns moving
- Manage campaign trackers, CRM systems, creator information, and internal databases
- Support inbound opportunities and partnership coordination
- Prepare reports, decks, and performance recaps for creator check-ins
- Assist with creator onboarding,
social audits, and platform growth tracking
- Be the person who catches the details before anyone has to ask
You’re Probably a Fit If
- You have 6+ months of direct experience in influencer marketing, talent management, creator partnerships, or a similar role
- You have personally worked with creators to execute paid digital campaigns
- You understand briefs, deliverables, approvals, posting timelines, and campaign reporting
- You’re extremely organized and comfortable juggling multiple campaigns at once
- You communicate clearly, confidently, and quickly
- You genuinely love creator culture, social media, and the internet
