Role Description
We're seeking a motivated and persuasive sales professional to bring dental clinics onto the Denzy network.
We generate a high volume of inbound clinic interest — your job is to follow up fast, get the owner on the phone, and close them. You'll also run outbound outreach for clinics we haven't reached yet.
The product sells itself and is a no brainer. Clinics pay on a Pay-Per-Patient basis — we refer them new patients, and they only pay once a patient shows up and completes treatment. No subscription fees, no upfront costs, no risk. It's why our close rate is over 60%. Due to this, the role is heavily commission-based and uncapped.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with inbound leads quickly and consistently
- Conduct cold calls and outbound email outreach to dental clinics across Canada
- Pitch the value of Denzy's risk-free,
Pay-Per-Patient model and sign up clinics
- Maintain pipeline hygiene and track performance metrics
- Meet or exceed weekly activity targets and monthly clinic signup goals
Requirements
- Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably B2B healthcare or SaaS
- Comfortable making cold calls and managing a high volume of outreach (warm & cold)
- Confident, persuasive, and goal-driven with strong closing instincts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and able to manage a pipeline using CRM tools
- Experience in the dental space is a plus, but not required
Position
- Compensation: $45,000 CAD Base + Commission (Uncapped)
- Expected earnings: $80,000 - $110,000+
- Job Type: Full-Time, fully remote within Canada
