Join Our Team
Cadorath is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Account Manager to manage and grow our largest OEM customer relationships, including CNH and John Deere. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a quick-paced manufacturing environment, enjoys solving complex challenges, and excels at building strong partnerships both internally and externally.
As the primary point of contact for strategic accounts generating more than $500,000 in annual revenue, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and long-term business growth. You'll work closely with production, quality, procurement, logistics, and leadership teams to deliver exceptional service from quotation through final delivery.

What You’ll Do
Strategic Account Management
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned OEM customers, including CNH and John Deere.
- Build and maintain trusted partnerships by understanding customer products, applications, business objectives, and growth opportunities.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring requirements, concerns, and expectations are addressed effectively.
- Lead customer issue resolution and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver timely solutions.
- Conduct regular customer business reviews, virtual meetings, and site visits to strengthen relationships and monitor performance.
- Track account performance metrics, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve service and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account activities within Salesforce CRM.
Order & Program Management
- Oversee the complete order lifecycle from order receipt through production, shipment, and delivery.
- Coordinate with administrative, production planning, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Provide proactive communication regarding order status, schedule changes, delivery updates, and risk mitigation plans.
- Ensure customer documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted on time, including purchase order acknowledgments, certifications, and shipping documentation.
- Assist with quotations, pricing updates, contract renewals, and commercial discussions.
- Manage OEM customer portals and maintain account records in accordance with company standards.
- Maintain Rolling Action Item Lists (RAILs) and ensure account action items are tracked through completion.
OEM Customer Responsibilities
CNH
- Coordinate PCA updates and submissions.
- Manage quarterly Material Indexation submissions.
- Oversee material agreements and Long-Term Agreements (LTAs).
- Partner with Estimating to prepare and submit pricing workups and commercial proposals.
John Deere
- Establish and manage material agreements.
- Coordinate pricing submissions through JDSN and other required platforms.
- Work closely with Estimating and Operations teams to support ongoing program requirements.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with Production Planning and Scheduling to align customer demand with manufacturing capacity.
- Partner with Logistics to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries.
- Work with Procurement and Commodity Management to support strategic material planning.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance regarding customer concerns, corrective actions, warranty issues, and PPAP requirements.
- Support new product introductions by partnering with Estimating, Quality, Engineering, and Operations teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational performance.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering Technology, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Service, Sales Support, Program Management, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience managing large customer accounts and coordinating cross-functional activities.
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Experience working with ERP systems and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting OEM customers in manufacturing, metal fabrication, or industrial sectors.
- Familiarity with CNH, John Deere, or other major OEM customer requirements.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, procurement, and supply chain operations.
- Knowledge of PPAPs, engineering revisions, and customer quality requirements.
