About the Role

CF Interiors is looking for an Account Manager to join our Vancouver team. Our Account Managers are both growth drivers and trusted client partners. You’ll own and develop client relationships, generate new business, and help grow existing accounts — serving as the primary client contact from the first conversation through project completion.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities, and taking ownership of the commercial success of their accounts. You’ll work closely with our internal project and procurement teams to ensure our clients receive a seamless, high-quality experience.

What You'll Do

Build & Grow Client Relationships

- Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop strong, long-term relationships through consistent and strategic communication
- Understand each client’s business, priorities, project needs, timelines, and budgets
- Identify opportunities to expand relationships across future projects
- Act as an advocate for your clients internally while balancing company objectives and profitability

Drive New Business

- Proactively develop new business through prospecting, referrals, outbound outreach, and re-engagement of past clients
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline of new and existing opportunities
- Take opportunities from initial outreach through to close
- Own sales performance and revenue growth across your assigned accounts and new business opportunities

Lead the Client Strategy

- Help clients establish procurement strategies aligned with their project scope, schedule, and budget
- Set the overall direction for your accounts and align internal teams around client goals
- Partner closely with our Project Managers and Procurement Specialists,



providing client context and strategy while allowing our product experts to lead product selection
- Identify potential risks, delays, or challenges and proactively manage client expectations

Manage the Sales Process

- Prepare, send, and follow up on quotes with a focus on accuracy, clarity, and responsiveness
- Maintain accurate and current information on accounts, prospects, and opportunities in our CRM
- Manage your pipeline and forecasts with a clear understanding of opportunity status and next steps
