About the role

We're looking for a sharp, motivated accounting professional to join our team in a role built for growth. This isn't a static position — it's the starting point of a development path. You'll begin by working closely alongside our accounting staff, learning each function of our operation from the ground up. As you find your footing and we see where your strengths lie, the role will grow with you.

What you'll do In your first months, you'll shadow and support our team across the full range of day-to-day accounting functions — accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, data entry, month-end support, and general ledger work. This gives you a complete picture of how our finances run and helps us identify where you'll add the most value.

As you progress, you'll take ownership of your own areas of responsibility and take on increasingly complex work. We'll invest in your development every step of the way.

What we're looking for





- A diploma or certificate from an accredited college accounting program, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Advanced Excel skills — you're comfortable with formulas, pivot tables, and building things that make work faster and cleaner
- Solid working knowledge of accounting systems (experience with QuickBooks is an asset)
- Comfort and curiosity with AI tools — we're actively adopting AI to work smarter, and we want someone who's excited to help lead that, not just keep up with it
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine desire to learn every part of the business
- The ambition to grow into a more senior role over time
- Solid communication skills

Pay: $58,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
