This full-time role is essential in promoting health, managing chronic conditions, and supporting community wellness initiatives.ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough patient examinations and assessments to diagnose various medical conditionsDevelop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients of all ages, including pediatricsAdminister medications and oversee medication management strategiesProvide acute care interventions and manage urgent health issues efficientlyPerform procedures related to pain management and other minor medical interventionsCollect and analyze patient data to monitor health trends and outcomesDocument clinical encounters accurately using electronic health records systems such as Epic and CernerCoordinate with specialists, home care providers,
