Qualifications

EDUCATION

Requires high school graduation including basic business and accounting courses and training in various software applications such as word processing and spreadsheet.

EXPERIENCE

Requires one (1) year of previous experience in a computerized accounting position, involving the processing of a large volume of accounts payable and receivable. A further period of up to one (1) year in the job is required to become familiar with accounting policies and procedures, key personnel, suppliers' billing procedures and general work orders.

Recruitment Process: An applicant will be required to demonstrate their suitability for this position by meeting the minimum level of qualifications and experience in order to be invited into the selection process. A standard interview format will be used including general, scenario and behavioural descriptive interview questions.

37.5 hours per week.

Work Designation

Hybrid

This position offers the flexibility of working both in office and remotely within B.C.

Rate of Pay

Salary $5,339 - $6,398 per month (Actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience and internal parity).
