Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations. Your expertise will help maintain the integrity of our financial data, streamline processes, and contribute to the overall success of our organization. Responsibilities

- A/R: Manage sales order process by matching production copy with sales order copy, ensuring stock requirements prior to invoicing, reviewing order for additional charges; create back-orders as required; generate and deliver invoices to customers electronically through e-mail and custom web-portals.
- A/R: Assist in generating Credit Notes, initiating Customer Credit Applications, and processing Credit Card transactions.
- A/P: Process supplier invoices through MISys,



and miscellaneous operation expenses through A/P transactions; review A/P payments by matching supplier invoices to cheque remittances; identify and resolve PO discrepancies.
- Admin: Greet customers over the phone; keep good records of production copies, invoices, manufacturing orders, and shipping documents.

Experience

- 2-5 years’ experience of Full Cycle Accounting Preferred.
- Proven experience working with accounting, payroll, Microsoft office software.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes along with account reconciliation techniques.
- Experience in data entry, bookkeeping, and account analysis.
- University Degree or College Diploma in relevant field Preferred.

Pay: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
