PosiTrace is hiring a Spanish-English Bilingual Recruitment Specialist to support hiring across Canada and Mexico from our Burnaby headquarters. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys running full-cycle recruitment while also supporting HR operations, contract preparation, and HR system maintenance. You will work closely with HR leadership and hiring managers across departments and regions.What You'll Do:RecruitmentManage full-cycle recruitment for roles across Canada and MexicoPartner with hiring managers on hiring strategy and candidate selectionSource candidates via LinkedIn, job boards,
