As we expand our North American footprint, we are looking for a proactive, high-energy Customer Care Team Leader to step in and elevate our Hospitality Customer Care function.
Job Overview
We are seeking a sales-driven, client-focused, and organized Customer Care Team Leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this versatile role, you will bridge the gap between Customer Service, Inside Sales, and Office Administration.
You will act as a key contact for our business clients, ensuring rapid, accurate responses to inquiries while supporting sales initiatives and keeping administrative workflows running seamlessly. If you have a proactive mindset, strong multitasking skills, and a passion for customer excellence, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities
Customer Care & Client Experience
- Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B hospitality clients across Canada and the U.S.
- Respond promptly to inquiries regarding orders, pricing, product availability, and delivery updates with a customer-centric attitude.
- Resolve client issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and service quality.
Inside Sales & Support
- Support revenue growth by assisting with order processing, product recommendations, and upselling opportunities.
- Work closely with the team to organize client data, streamline lead tracking,
and manage day-to-day sales support administration.
Office Administration & ERP Management
- Utilize Zoho ERP daily to log client communications, process orders, track inventory, and update account records accurately. (Training on Zoho will be provided).
- Perform general office administration tasks, including document creation, data entry, typing, and record maintenance.
- Prepare and update client reports using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Qualifications & Required Skills
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service, B2B Sales Support, or Office Administration (Experience in the hospitality industry or B2B sales is a strong asset).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate product details and updates clearly to clients.
- Proactive & Sales-Driven Mindset: Ability to anticipate client needs, problem-solve on the fly, and identify sales support opportunities.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel for data management and Word for correspondence).
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- ERP Familiarity: Previous experience using any ERP software is a strong asset. (Zoho ERP experience is preferred, but hands-on training will be provided).
- Multitasking & Organization: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple client requests and competing priorities simultaneously.
Schedule
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.50-$22.00 per hour
