We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Inventory Manager to join our growing team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and using technology to help keep our operations running smoothly.

The majority of this role is office-based and computer-focused.

Responsibilities

- Monitor the daily health and performance of our Neko Drop vending machines.
- Review inventory levels within each machine and identify replenishment requirements.
- Monitor warehouse inventory and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Coordinate with the purchasing team to replenish inventory as needed.
- Prepare and coordinate shipments of products to operators across North America.
- Maintain inventory records and reports using Microsoft Excel and other internal systems.
- Identify trends, shortages, and opportunities to improve inventory management.




- Work closely with operations to ensure machines remain fully stocked and operational.

Qualifications
- Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with numbers, reports, and inventory data.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience with inventory management is an asset but not required.
