Admissions and Sales Account Manager

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Admissions & Sales Account Manager to join our immigration and education services team. The successful candidate will manage client relationships, follow up on leads, support student admissions, coordinate client intake, and contribute to sales and enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to inquiries through phone, email, social media, referrals, and walk-ins.
- Follow up with leads and convert qualified inquiries into consultations, admissions, and clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Explain available company services, fees, and administrative processes without providing immigration advice.
- Schedule clients with the RCIC when immigration advice or eligibility assessment is required.
- Assist prospective students with program information, admissions requirements, applications, and enrollment.
- Coordinate client intake and collection of required information and documents.
- Maintain accurate client, lead, and admissions records in the CRM.




- Work closely with the RCIC and administrative team to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Meet assigned sales and enrollment targets.
- Identify recent business, referral, and partnership opportunities.
- Participate in marketing, outreach, and lead-generation activities.
- Address general client-service inquiries and refer immigration-related questions to the RCIC.

Qualifications
- Experience in sales, account management, business development, admissions, student recruitment, or client services.
- Strong communication, sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Results-oriented and comfortable working toward sales targets.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in immigration or international education services is an asset.
- CRM experience is an asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
