We are a touch-focused spa so experience with facial and body massage is essential for this position. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your skills in a lively, customer-focused setting dedicated to excellence and innovation.

We do not offer the following modalities: Laser, IPL, Microneedling, HydraFacial, RF Microneedling. We are focused on wellness and relaxation along with therapeutic touch.

Responsibilities

- Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including facials, body treatments, swedish massage, waxing, tinting, makeup application, and nail care with precision and care.
- Deliver outstanding guest services by listening attentively to clients’ needs and providing tailored skincare advice.
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting all equipment and treatment areas in compliance with health regulations.
- Engage with clients at the front desk, schedule appointments, manage walk-ins, and ensure a smooth flow of service throughout the day.




- Conduct product demonstrations and upselling activities to introduce clients to recent skincare lines and retail products that complement their treatments.
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere by communicating clearly, building rapport, and ensuring guests feel valued from arrival to departure.
- Support retail sales efforts through effective product recommendations and engaging guest interactions that boost overall client satisfaction.

Skills

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect authentically with diverse clients.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain treatments, products, and aftercare instructions.
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Experience in retail sales, upselling, and product demos to enhance guest experience and increase revenue.
- Proficiency in front desk operations including appointment scheduling and guest check-in/out processes.
- Skilled in performing facials, aromatherapy and relaxation massage, body and face waxing, makeup application, and nail care services.
- Hospitality-minded attitude with a genuine desire to create a positive guest experience that encourages repeat visits.
