Responsibilities

- Provide a variety of skincare treatments including facials and body waxing
- Assist guests at the front desk by scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and managing client records efficiently.
- Deliver personalized product demos and recommend retail products to enhance clients’ skincare routines.
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards throughout all treatments and workspaces to ensure guest safety and comfort.
- Engage with guests through excellent communication skills, understanding their needs, and offering tailored beauty solutions.




- Upsell services and retail products by highlighting benefits clearly to maximize guest satisfaction and business growth.

Requirements

- Proven experience in skincare, body waxing
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect authentically with clients in a friendly manner.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain treatments and product benefits.
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety procedures within a spa or salon setting.
- Ability to handle retail sales confidently while maintaining a guest-focused approach.
- Experience working at the front desk or in hospitality settings is preferred.
- Passion for the beauty industry with a desire to stay current on trends and techniques.
