About The Role

Capital Vision Care is hiring front desk and patient care coordinators across our six Edmonton-area clinics. You will set the tone for every visit, from the first hello to a smooth checkout.

Full-time or part-time

Edmonton, St. Albert & Morinville

What You Will Do

- Greet and check in patients warmly and professionally
- Book appointments and manage the daily schedule
- Answer calls and emails and help patients with questions
- Handle insurance, direct billing and payments
- Keep the front of the clinic welcoming and organized

About You

What We Are Looking For

- Warm, professional and genuinely helpful
- Organized and comfortable juggling several tasks at once
- Strong customer-service and communication skills
- Reception or healthcare experience is an asset
