Job Title: Salesforce Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects, from initiation and planning through execution, deployment, and hyper care.

Must-Have Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years of Project Management experience.
- 3+ years managing Salesforce implementation projects.
- Hands-on experience delivering Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud implementations.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce integrations, data migration, security model, platform capabilities, and release management.




- Experience managing System Integrators, third-party vendors, and onshore/offshore teams.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, or Azure DevOps.
- PMP Certification is mandatory.
