Alexander First School is a small, inclusive school for children aged 3 - 9 years, graded Good by OFSTED. We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support pupils with diverse needs such as communication and language delays and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Social. Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH).

The Role Will Include

- Supporting pupils in class, individually or in small groups.
- Assisting the class teacher with learning activities and classroom organisation.
- Supporting pupils with additional needs, including SEND.
- Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional regulation.
- Helping to create a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
