Senior AI Software Developer / AI Architect

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior AI Software Developer / AI Architect to lead the design, development, and integration of next-generation artificial intelligence solutions for innovative software and connected products.

This role combines AI research, software engineering, and system architecture. You will evaluate emerging AI technologies, develop prototypes and production-ready solutions, and help define the organization’s long-term AI technology strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering, product, research, and technology teams to bring AI capabilities to embedded, edge, cloud, and connected platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Define and contribute to the organization’s AI technology roadmap and strategy.

Research, evaluate, and prototype emerging AI technologies and determine their potential product applications.

Design scalable and maintainable AI software architectures for embedded, edge, cloud, and connected systems.

Develop AI proofs-of-concept, prototypes, and production-ready applications.

Design and implement solutions using technologies such as:

Generative AI

Large Language Models (LLMs)

Computer Vision

Optical Character Recognition (OCR)

Natural Language Processing (NLP)

Speech Recognition and Speech AI

Optimize AI models and inference solutions for embedded and edge computing environments.

Integrate AI capabilities into Linux, Windows, and other software platforms.

Establish AI development standards, reusable frameworks, architecture patterns, and engineering best practices.

Evaluate emerging technologies and provide build-versus-buy recommendations.

Collaborate with Product Management, R&D; teams, research partners, technology vendors, and other stakeholders.





Provide technical leadership and mentorship to software developers and engineering teams.

Stay current with advancements in AI/ML and identify opportunities to introduce innovative technologies into future products.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

10+ years of progressive software development experience, including significant experience in AI and Machine Learning.

Solid experience in software architecture, system design, and software engineering best practices.

Advanced programming skills in Python and C++.

Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and/or ONNX.

Practical experience with one or more of the following:

Large Language Models (LLMs)

Generative AI

Computer Vision

OCR

Natural Language Processing (NLP)

Speech technologies

Experience deploying AI/ML solutions on embedded or edge devices.

Strong understanding of AI software design, model optimization, inference, and system integration.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical decision-making skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with cloud AI platforms and MLOps.

Experience developing software for embedded, mobile, or cross-platform environments.

Experience integrating AI models into production software products.

Experience evaluating emerging AI technologies and translating research concepts into practical applications.
