- Understanding of culturally responsive practice and meaningful relationships with families
- The ideal ECE Director is an experienced, Manitoba-certified ECE III who combines strong pedagogical expertise with compassionate people leadership, sound operational and financial management, regulatory knowledge, and a genuine commitment to creating a high-quality, inclusive setting for children, families, and education
