Build your restaurant management career with Red Robin in Prince George. We’re hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead busy shifts, coach and develop team members, and help run the day-to-day operations of a high-volume, full-service restaurant.

This is a hands-on leadership position. You’ll spend most of your time on the restaurant floor supporting the team, solving problems, connecting with guests, and helping deliver strong operational results.

Compensation

- Base salary of $50,000–$60,000 annually
- Average tip-pool share of approximately $6,000–$10,000 annually
- Estimated total annual earnings of $56,000–$70,000 before additional bonus opportunities

What You’ll Do

- Lead opening, closing, and high-volume restaurant shifts
- Coach, support, and develop shift leaders and team members
- Create a positive, accountable, and team-focused workplace
- Maintain high standards for hospitality, food quality, cleanliness, and safety
- Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
- Support scheduling, staffing, labour management, and daily operations
- Monitor sales, labour, costs, and other restaurant performance measures
- Help execute promotions, local marketing initiatives, and operational priorities
- Work alongside the Restaurant Manager and management team to improve restaurant results





What We’re Looking For

- At least one year of leadership experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or similar customer-focused environment
- Experience as an Assistant Manager, Shift Leader, Supervisor, or comparable team leader
- Full-service restaurant experience is preferred
- Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
- A hands-on leadership style and willingness to lead from the floor
- Ability to stay organized and make good decisions during busy shifts
- A genuine interest in developing people and delivering a great guest experience
- Availability to work a full-time schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays

You do not need to know everything on day one. We are looking for a capable restaurant leader with strong people skills, good judgment, and the drive to keep learning and growing.
