Role Description

This is a full-time in office role located in Little Burgundy or Royalmount for an Assistant Store Manager.

The Assistant Store

Manager will support the Store Manager and Area Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring an excellent customer experience, achieving sales goals, and managing staff.

Responsibilities include fostering a welcoming environment, implementing retail strategies, maintaining operational standards, ensuring loss prevention,



and facilitating staff training and development.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, team members, and management.
- Experience in store management with proficiency in supervising daily operations and achieving sales targets.
