Our bakery is ​​seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. Our culture is centered around making every team member and every customer feel home; cheerfully, respectfully and knowledgeably served and treated. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and French,



possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service. You will need to be committed and available to work at least four days per week.

Key Responsibilities

​​ Welcome, assist and serve customers.

- Advise customers on different products, owing to adequate general product knowledge.
- Assist in product packaging and​​ ​ display, according to the bakery's standards
- Apply the quality, hygiene, health and safety standards​
- Perform and/or participate in the maintenance of the dining room.
- Use a cash register.
- Maintain work area clean and protected.
- Utilize sales techniques to promote products and services

Skills
- Proficiency in English and French languages ​
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills​
- Analytical mindset to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products
- Food Safety and Hygiene
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Bakery/bistro experience is a plus
