Steele Mazda is seeking an Automotive Detailer to join our team!

As an Automotive Detailer at Steele Mazda, you will help every vehicle leave with a showroom ready finish through expert interior and exterior detailing, polishing, waxing, and restorative care.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a sharp eye for detail, and enjoys seeing the results of a job well done. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional quality and making every vehicle shine, we would love to have you on our team.

Hourly Wage Range: $18.15-$20.00 Please note that this role is not eligible for Immigration Assistance due to the specific National Occupational Classifications (NOC) requirements. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Report any imperfections of new vehicles to management
- Proper application of products on interior and exterior of serviced vehicles
- Perform express washes for vehicles, including exterior cleaning and light interior cleaning
- Ensure all services are completed within a set time frame while maintain quality
- Parking of vehicles appropriately on the lot and in delivery areas
- Maintain workspace to ensure it is safe and clean

Requirements:

- Desire to work in a Service Department where teamwork and customer satisfaction are #1
- Experience in cleaning the interior and exterior of vehicles is considered an asset but not required
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Valid driver’s license, clean driver’s abstract and be able to drive a manual shift
- Be hardworking, self-motivated and have excellent time management skills
