Position: Service Advisor / Parts coordinator
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Presentable and professional
- Clean and organized
- Friendly with excellent communication skills
- Reliable, trustworthy, and enthusiastic
- Knowledgeable in automotive/mechanical systems (an asset!)
- Passionate about the automotive industry — especially performance, customization, and high-end builds
- Able to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced setting
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist customers
- Schedule appointments and manage work orders
- Order automotive parts and track incoming shipments
- Schedule jobs and coordinate workflow for mechanics
- Communicate repair details between customers and technicians
- Organize and stock parts
- Maintain an organized front desk and waiting area
- Support daily operations within a tight-knit team
- Be part of exciting high-performance projects and custom buildsHours:
Monday to Friday — 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
