Our requirements have us in search of a Service Advisor.

Are you a natural communicator who thrives on helping people? We are looking for a confident, high-energy Service Advisor to be the welcoming face of our team.

You do not need prior automotive experience for this role. If you bring strong customer service skills, a positive attitude and exceptional communication abilities, we will teach you the technical side of the business. Your primary role is to build trust with our clients, listen to their needs and make their repair experience seamless and stress free.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Engagement: Greet incoming customers warmly, listen attentively to their vehicle concerns and check them in efficiently.
- Clear Communication: Translate customer descriptions into clear repair orders for our technicians and explain service recommendations back to clients with confidence and clarity




- Customer Support: Provide regular updates on vehicle status, build repair estimates, order parts, answer phone calls, schedule appointments and process payments.
- Relationship Building: Deliver an exceptional, honest service experience that keeps our customers coming back.

What we're looking for:

- Outstanding Communication: You speak clearly, listen actively and can make complex ideas easy to understand
- Confidence & Calm: You handle busy moments with poise, answer questions directly and make clients feel well taken care of.
- Customer Service Experience: Background in retail, hospitality, office administration or customer care is highly valued.
- Eagerness to learn: A healthy curiosity and desire to learn automotive terminology on the job.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computers and learning various computer programs.
