Iris’s leading financial client is looking for AWS CDK Engineer to join their team at Toronto, ON(Hybrid) location.

Job Title: AWS CDK Engineer

Location: Toronto, ON(Hybrid)

Duration: Long Term

:

Must Have:

- Experience in Python
- Hands-on experience with AWS services: Lambda (core development), S3 (file handling), RDS/PostgreSQL (including JSONB usage), API Gateway
- Experience with REST API design and integration
- Strong SQL and data modeling skills
- Experience with AWS CDK / infra setup
- Experience working with Angular (UI integration, tables, forms)

Positive-to-Have Skills:

- Familiarity with Liquibase or database migration tools
- Understanding of event-driven architecture / async processing
- Experience in code migration/refactoring across projects
