Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Developer with strong hands-on AWS experience to lead backend engineering and deliver scalable, high-quality cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS, DevOps, and Automation, along with experience in Angular, Node.js, and Python.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead backend development and ensure high-quality implementation and coding standards.
- Design and develop Java-based APIs and Microservices using Spring Boot.
- Build, deploy, and support AWS cloud solutions.
- Implement AWS services, cloud integrations, monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with frontend teams using Angular/AngularJS and Node.js.
- Develop automation and supporting solutions using Python.
- Implement DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and monitoring.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.




- Troubleshoot application and cloud-related issues and optimize system performance.
- Work with architects, QA, DevOps, and business teams to deliver solutions.

Must-Have Skills:

- 8–10+ years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on AWS experience is mandatory.
- Strong Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices experience.
- Experience designing and developing REST APIs.
- Experience with AWS DevOps and Automation.
- Experience with Node.js, Angular/AngularJS, and Python.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, cloud deployment, monitoring, and automation.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

- Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance domain experience.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
