Responsibilities

- Safely operate commercial trucks on Canada and US routes.
- Transport freight in accordance with scheduled pickups and deliveries.
- Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections.
- Maintain accurate electronic logs and required transportation documentation.
- Follow Canadian and US transportation and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding routes, deliveries, delays, and other updates.
- Ensure freight is transported safely and securely.
- Maintain professional conduct when interacting with customers, border officials, dispatch, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

- Valid AZ driver's licence.




- Minimum 1 year of verifiable commercial truck driving experience.
- Ability and eligibility to travel between Canada and the United States.
- Valid passport and required documentation for cross-border travel.
- Clean or acceptable driver's abstract.
- Robust understanding of commercial vehicle and road safety requirements.
- Ability to complete long-haul and cross-border trips.
- Reliable, professional, and safety-conscious.
- Good communication and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous Canada-US cross-border driving experience.
- Experience with dry van, reefer, and/or other commercial freight.
- Familiarity with customs and cross-border procedures.
