The Golf Back Shop Attendant is responsible for the outside and golf bag storage at the golf course and will provide members, resort guests and public golfers with a prompt greeting upon arrival and assistance with golf bags and ready carts and assist them upon their return to the club house at the end of the day. This position plays a pivotal role in the golfers overall positive experience during their round of golf.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE

- Retrieving golf carts from the maintenance barn at the start of the morning shift and returning golf carts at the end of the afternoon shift.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the golf carts and ensuring they are in proper working order.
- Meet and greet all golfers with a friendly and welcoming demeanour.
- Assist golfers in carrying clubs to their assigned golf carts.
- Clean clubs of all returning golfers
- Store members golf bags in the proper area of the club storage.
- Receive and organize all lost and found items and advise management immediately.
- Overseeing the driving range including picking up balls, having baskets ready and full of golf balls and cleaning the range balls.
- Assist in the general cleaning in the back shop - sweeping,



keeping the work stations clean and the club storage properly organized.

- QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid Drivers License an asset with a clean Drivers Abstract
- Adaptable to a busy and fast paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail

WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Work is performed mainly outdoors and indoors under variable weather conditions

- Must be able to bend, reach, lift at least 30lbs
- Must be able to stand on average of 7 hours per shift
