We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender/Server to join our vibrant hospitality team! Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and assist them with menu selections, including beverages and food items
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
- Take customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy in food handling and serving procedures
- Manage cash handling responsibilities, including cashiering and processing payments with basic math skills
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in accordance with food safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and courteously




- Support food industry best practices by adhering to food safety regulations and proper food handling protocols

Qualifications

- Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in hospitality environments
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar cashiering tools
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or orders simultaneously
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and order calculations
- Experience in serving alcohol responsibly and understanding of responsible beverage service policies
